• Commission progress & queue

Pricing:

Adding a character to a drawing doubles the price of the commission per character. Exceptions are simple characters, like small animals and pets, silhouettes, etc.I can draw simple backgrounds for halfbodies and fullbodies for additional fee of 10 USD. For headshot artworks it's 5 USD. I don't draw overly detailed and rendered backgrounds - it's not in my expertise.Turnaround time can take from up to one week to a month. It depends on the type of artwork commissioned and if I'm okay with taking on a rush request, especially if I already have a queue or priority list.Before sending payment, let me know what currency you'd like to pay in. Standardly, I send an invoice in USD but you can also pay in PLN or EUR. Payment possible through Ko-fi, BLIK, PayPal and Stripe.

*[1] either clothed or without clothing, price is only for one version. Getting both unclothed and clothed would come with the price of the fullbody together with the price of having the outfit drawn on it. Same with additional views - it will cost more if you would like both unclothed and clothed version of the characters from a different perspective.
*[2] I recommend fully frontfacing reference sheets for characters you plan to get a fursuit or partials of in the future or if it has a complex pattern that you'd like to be clear and easy to read for other artists.
*[3] Another 10/15 USD if you'd like it drawn from an additional view, like the back. Complex clothing will cost more.
*[4] Although every additional pose cost the same as the base price of a fullbody, slightly changing the preexisting pose of the base fullbody is only 5 USD, for example changing the position of the leg or arm. The price will rise if you would like to change the position of more than one body part though.
*[5] I will provide a shaded and non shaded version. Non shaded are good as reference sheet for future commissions.– Details like name, color pallete, etc. are free of charge.

Terms of Service

When you commission me, you are bound and agree to the Terms of Service stated below.Payment & refunds:
1. Possible through PayPal, Ko-fi, Stripe or BLIK.
2. Do not send me money unprompted, unless it's intended to be as a donation for me on Ko-fi.
3. No split payment.
4. Full refunds for art that I haven't started working on. Half refunds if the artwork is still at the sketch stage. One third refund if at the lineart stage and there are no refunds past that stage (coloring/rendering/shading).
5. Finished artwork won't be refunded. If you're not satisfied with something, I can edit it. Changing a major element will come at an additional fee depending on what it is - it's better to let me know before I color and render something you're not satisfied with.
6. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time and refund you the full money.
7. I will only start working on the artwork after receiving payment.My rights:
1. I may use the artwork as examples of work on websites and social media. You will be credited as well, either on the artwork itself or in the post.
2. I keep the rights of being the original creator of the artwork.
3. It's up to me if I can take on a rush order.
4. If the character is very detailed, it will come with an additional fee.
5. My artwork is not authorized for use in blockchain-related technology including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
6. Once the artwork is finished, I will send you a google disc or dA stash link to it. I also include different versions of it - with a transparent background and such.Your rights and rules you also have to follow:
1. Do not alter or remove my signatures or watermarks.
2. You are not allowed to use artwork you did not purchase from me. Unauthorized use of artwork is prohibited.
3. You are not allowed to sell the artwork as prints or stickers. You profiting off of my artwork is strictly prohibited.
4. Feel free to share the commissioned artwork on your social media profiles or personal websites, ensuring that proper credit is given.
5. You may use the artwork as a reference for future purchases.
6. For personal, non-profit purposes, you are permitted to: print the artwork for framing, set it as your profile picture, print it on various items like phone cases and pillows (as long as they are not intended for resale), or use it as a computer or phone background.
7. Do not claim full credit for the artwork's creation.
8. You can slightly edit the artwork by changing/adding a background if I gave you a transparent image, editing text, colors and/or putting on filters. If you're unsure you can ask me.Service:
1. Prior notice is required if you have a specific deadline for your artwork. All deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission is finalized and paid for. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
2. Unless you're purchasing a custom character, please provide a picture of the character you want me to draw. Describe how you want me to draw it, like the intended pose, facial expression, things like that.
3. I will provide updates on the artwork. If no response is received within 3 days, I will proceed with the artwork. Proper communication is expected because I will be providing updates at the sketch and lineart stage. Point out anything you'd like to change. Resketching some things at the sketch stage is free, although completely changing the idea and vision of the drawing might cost depending on the type and complexity of artwork.

Terms of Service

When you bid on an auction of an adoptable, or purchase an adoptable or custom character, you are bound and agree to the Terms of Service stated below.Payment:
1. Possible through PayPal, Ko-fi, Stripe or BLIK.
2. Do not send me money unprompted, unless it's intended to be as a donation for me on Ko-fi.
3. No split payment.
4. No refunds.
5. Once bought, the buyer will receive ownership and rights to the adoptable, and may change the design to however they would like, but cannot claim the adoptable as their original design, as the original creator of it is rk200ra9.
6. Do not resell for more than you bought the adoptable for, unless they have added value (art). This is not mandatory but I'd appreciate that when you resell/trade the character to let me know through a tag or DM!
7. I will only send you the files of the adoptable in high quality only after receiving full payment. The characters ownership will be transferred to you only after you have completed said payment. Do not claim ownership of the character until then. I will put the character on hold for you.
8. If you purchased a character through an auction, complete the payment within 48 hours - flatsales are to be paid within 24 hours. Breaking this rule means you will be put onto my public blacklist for breaking my ToS, especially if you had frequent log in sessions and been active online.My rights:
1. I may use the characters artwork that was originally drawn by me as examples of work on websites and social media.
2. I keep the rights of being the original creator of the characters artwork that was drawn by me.
3. If there is no progress on your payment and no communication from your side, I will continue to reserve all rights to the character and, if there was a bid second highest to your bid, that bidder will be taken into consideration and you will be put onto my public blacklist for breaking my ToS.
4. My artwork is not authorized for use in blockchain-related technology including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
5. Do not use my art for commercial use. The purchased character in itself can be used if you paid for the additional commercial rights.
6. Do not trace over the characters and art.Your rights and also rules you have to follow after receiving ownership of the adoptable:
1. Although you can change the design and name, do not claim the character as your own original design.
